Unscramble the letters to find the Bible name or word. Ten words in every round.
4 letters
How to Play Bible Word Scramble
Each word is a Bible name, place or term with its letters mixed up. Tap the letter tiles in the right order to spell the word. If you are wrong, the tiles reset so you can try again. On a computer you can also type the letters and use Backspace to undo. Each word is worth 10 points, or 7 if you use the hint, and ten words make a round.
Choose Mixed for a bit of everything, or pick People, Places or Bible Words to focus on one kind of word.
Why Scrambled Words Help You Learn the Bible
To unscramble a word you have to look closely at its spelling, and that is the best way to remember names that are hard to say, like Nehemiah, Zacchaeus or Gethsemane. The hint gives a short fact about each answer, so every round also reminds you who a person was or what happened in a place. Use it with children to practice reading, or with a class to review a lesson.

Tips for Unscrambling Bible Words
Look for common endings such as -ING, -ION and -AH, and for pairs of letters that often go together like TH, CH and SH. Place the vowels first and see which consonants fit around them. If the word is a name, think about the Bible figures you know with that many letters. Use the hint when you are stuck, since it gives away the meaning without giving away the spelling.
