Bible Games for Church: Easy Group Games for All Ages | Bible Games Online

Bible Games for Church

Easy group games for all ages. Children, teens and grown-ups can play together, and nobody needs any supplies.

Playing a Bible game together is a happy way to learn a story. People remember what they do much better than what they only hear. Every game below uses plain words and short steps, so a leader can read it out loud and start playing in a minute.

Each page tells you the Bible story first, then how to play, then how to make it easier for little ones or harder for teens and adults. You will also find a safety note, three questions to talk about afterwards and a free online game to play next. For more ideas, see our guides for Sunday school, families and small groups, or print a sheet from our printable Bible games.

Tips for Leading a Bible Game

Tell the story in a few sentences before you play, so that everyone knows what the game is about. Explain the rules once, in short steps, and show one example.

Keep teams mixed, with older and younger players together, so that nobody feels left out. Praise effort more than winning. When the game ends, ask one or two of the talk-about-it questions, because that is when the story sinks in.

Always check that the playing space is clear and let anyone who is shy join in a small way, such as keeping score or helping the leader.
